Head of Partnerships
We are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Head of Partnerships, who will lead on the account management of our 38 global Coalition Partners, to leverage the power of our Coalition to advance LGBTQ+ equality, and grow the number and value of Coalition Partners. The role will also be responsible for leading on developing and progressing a pipeline of new business opportunities, to recruit the support of additional Coalition Partners, both financial and non-financial, who will enable Open for Business to continue achieving our mission.

Head of Research, Impact and Evaluation
We are recruiting a Head of Research, Impact and Evaluation who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering Open for Business’ research on the economic and business case for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and developing and managing our impact and evaluation measurement systems.
The person will work with our Research Advisory Board, regional Programme Advisory Boards, and Heads of Regions to plan research cycles, develop research terms of reference, conduct primary data collection and secondary data review, perform data analysis, and prepare reports, briefings and other information products that present the key research findings to target audiences.

Head of Central and Eastern Europe
We are recruiting a Head of Central and Eastern Europe who will be tasked with overseeing our Local Influencer Programme in Central and Eastern Europe. Our most recent regional research is focused on Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia, but we want this role to make the programme truly regional in scope.
We are looking for someone with broad experience in project management, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, that includes developing and executing a strategy that activates data and research findings. You will be confident engaging with different audiences including civil society and businesses, such as training and advising on activating business to support LGBTQ+ rights. You will have experience leading a small team to ensure value for money, right budgets, and timely delivery, and of running events and communications to engage with a variety of audiences. You will be entrepreneurial in spirit and will enjoy being part of a small team tasked with tackling the global pushback against LGBTQ+ rights.

Digital Content Lead
We’re recruiting a Digital Content Lead who be responsible for all content development, including social (organic and paid), website and design.
This is an exciting role in a fast-paced organisation committed to ensuring LGBTQ+ inclusion globally. We are looking for a confident colleague who is as comfortable translating data to vertical video and carousels as they are drafting social copy and designing decks and event invites. The postholder will need to stick to brand guidelines and build our external brand identity while also looking for innovative and engaging ideas to present content for a range of stakeholders.
You will be passionate about using content creation to bring data and research to life and have strong skills in design and digital. You might be a designer with a flair for content creation, or a social media wiz with the demonstrable ability to design key assets. You could come from a corporate background, a non-profit background or be entirely self-taught.

The Open For Business Fellowship
The Open for Business Fellowship is an opportunity for employees from our coalition partners to work with our core team for 3 to 12 months on a specific aspect of the coalition. It’s a respected leadership development program that provides Fellows with exposure to global LGBTQ+ rights and gives them large amounts of responsibility over running key parts of a global charity.
Brunswick, GSK and Deloitte have all taken advantage of the Fellowship. There are a variety of Fellowships that we offer, and they each have a flexible length, though we suggest 3-12 months. The program greatly benefits employees by developing their key skills and exposing them to a global view on LGBTQ+ inclusion. The Fellowship positions we have open are listed below.

Communications Fellow
A Communications Fellow works with Open for Business to build its ability to communicate with key audiences and works with LGBTQ+ activists around the world to strengthen their messaging. The Fellow guides the coalition’s social media strategy, engages with reporters, creates launch strategies for reports and initiatives and suggests new communications strategies for the coalition.
Research Fellow
A Research Fellow develops new Open for Business reports and economic briefs on specific topics or countries. The Fellow conducts research and analysis to further develop the economic and business case for LGBTQ+ rights, which is essential to supporting activism around the world.
Development Fellow
A Development Fellow helps to ensure the long-term sustainability of Open for Business. The Fellow sets the coalition’s fundraising and development strategy and implements new initiatives to enhance the coalition’s financial position.
Operations Fellow
An Operations Fellow provides the coalition operational guidance and support. The Fellow will counsel the Board of Trustees on best-in-class governance and operations policies and procedures and lead their implementation. The Fellow will also work with the core team to streamline internal processes to make the coalition more efficient.
Finance Fellow
A Finance Fellow will help establish financial reporting and monitoring systems to ensure the coalition’s financial management is best-in-class.
