The Open For Business Fellowship
The Open for Business Fellowship is an opportunity for employees from our coalition partners to work with our core team for 3 to 12 months on a specific aspect of the coalition. It’s a respected leadership development program that provides Fellows with exposure to global LGBTQ+ rights and gives them large amounts of responsibility over running key parts of a global charity.
Brunswick, GSK and Deloitte have all taken advantage of the Fellowship. There are a variety of Fellowships that we offer, and they each have a flexible length, though we suggest 3-12 months. The program greatly benefits employees by developing their key skills and exposing them to a global view on LGBTQ+ inclusion. Fellowships will be considered on a rolling basis dependent on need and timing within the organisation.
For further information or to apply for a Fellowship position, please contact us at info@open-for-business.org
