Around the world, LGBTQ+ people remain criminalised in over 60 countries and, in many more, are not afforded the same rights as their non-LGBTQ+ peers. On top of tis we are witnessing a concerted global backlash against LGBTQ+ rights, even in places where LGBTQ+ equality was once taken for granted. The safety, dignity and humanity of millions of people around the world is on the line.

This is why Open for Business created The 50.

The 50 is an exclusive initiative from Open for Business that brings together the biggest and brightest leaders of today and tomorrow, to create a network, whose generosity and wealth of expertise and experience help us to fight back against the global anti-LGBTQ+ movement threatening the lives of millions of LGBTQ+ people.
